I am a research fellow in the Knowledge Discovery and Machine Learning Group of the Department of Computer Science at University of Bonn and also in the Knowledge Discovery Team of the Fraunhofer Institute for Intelligent Analysis and Information Systems (IAIS) in Sankt Augustin, Germany.

My primary research interests are in machine learning and data mining. In particular, I am interested in learning in logic, multirelational data mining, graph mining, and applications in computational biology and chemistry.
